In 1994 XTMCAD brought down the 1st China AUTODESK User Conference; CAD products received the Award of the State Education Commission of China in Science and Technology Progress (First-Class).

In 1995 Award of outstanding software on Int'l Soft China 1995.

In 1996 Won the bid to participate into national “ 1215 ”、“ 1550 ” projects; Gold award of Int ' l Software China 1996; Gold award of International CAD/CAM Exhibition 1996; XTMCAD4.0 was the first software that went through the examination and approval of China CAD Software Standardization Committee; XTCAD became the leading system for CAD application engineering in China .

In 1996, 1997 and 1998 three years in succession ranked as the best supplier of system integration service in China by AUTODESK company.

In 1999 XTPDM continuously won the bid for national 863/CIMS projects; Outstanding product for recommendations ranked by MOST (China Ministry of Science and Technology); XTGDES went through the evaluation of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PR China and China Gear Wheel Standardization Committee; EXTECH was ranked in the Top 10 Enterprises of Originality by Beijing High and New Technology Industry Experimental Park; Among the first group of enterprises who received Double Authentication (software product authentication and software enterprise authentication) from Beijing municipal government.

In 2000 XTPDM, the competitive product of EXTECH, was ranked the second number (Second-class) in a nationwide evaluation of PDM (products for key 863 programs （ nation ' s high technology program) that organized by state 863/CIMS program specialist group. In addition, it received an award plate and a prize of from the MOST. At the meantime, EXTECH was granted, the first round, the honor of “system integration and consultancy service enterprises for 863/CIMS programs” by the MOST.

In 2001 e-XTPDM was supported with venture fund for middle and small scale enterprises by government; implemented a project named “IT-based comprehensive management platform for large and middle scale SOEs” for the China State Economic and Trade commission.

In 2002 become the general agent in China for PTC company; CAD/CAPP/PDM/ERP programs implemented for Guangzhou Baiyun Electrical Equipment Company received the Award of the State Association of Machine-building Industry in Science and Technology Progress (Second-Class); PDM program implemented for Tianshui Changcheng Switch Plant received the Award of the Gansu Province in Science and technology Progress （ Second-class ） ; A variety of products were listed into Beijing Torch Project and Beijing key projects of transforming scientific and technological achievements into products; ERP products went through the first-round ERP evaluation organized by the leading group of the project of using IT to propel industrialization under the MOST.

In 2003 XTPDM went through specialists' evaluation and thus ranked into nation grade Torch Project and nation grade Key New Product Project. On top of that, XTPDM won the bid and was listed into the key software for China 863 Program. It also received the investment support from the development fund of MOII （ China Ministry of Information Industry ） as one of ten key projects recommended by Beijing municipal government. What ' s more, EXTECH was designated as the key software enterprises in a document jointly issued by the China State Development Planning Commission, the China Ministry of Information Industry, China Ministry of Commerce and the China State Administration of Taxation.

In 2004 our self-manufacturing products, including Team Designer, Product Design Resource Management System (XTPDM), Product Technical Data Management System V5.5 (XTCAPP5.5), were certified by Microsoft Verified for Windows Server 2003 Logo; our flagship products including XTPDM, XTPLM, XTMES and ASP software platform were co-supported by Beijing Industry Development Fund, Science and Technology Ministry Innovative Fund for Middle- and Small-scale High-Tech Enterprises, Information Ministry Electronics Development Fund and National Development and Reform Council Key Information Project Fund. Our company was elected as Top 500 Asian-pacific Region High-tech and High Growth Enterprise in 2004 by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, one of the four leading accounting firms in the world.

In 2005 our company was elected as the 2004 quickest developing IT enterprise in manufacturing industry information by Chinese manufacture information gate network, e-works. Mr. Wang Xueshun, the president of our company, was awarded with the title of excellent entrepreneur of China manufacturing industry information enterprises. Our product, XTPDM3.5, received the excellent recommended products award, and Application of TD/XTPDM System in Zhongjie Machine Tools was regarded as the classically successful case in China manufacturing industry information.

EXTECH signed the MBS contract with Microsoft to become one of Microsoft's major partner in Chinese Manufacturing industry. EXTECH also successfully signed the contracts with “ Mitsubish i-electric Company ” , “ Dahe Machine Tool Factory ” , and many other contracts, due to its' excellent comprehensive solutions in 2005.
